Quit Shortcuts (Ctrl+Q / Ctrl+W) Not Working Reliably in SEB Windows 3.9.0

Hi SEB Team,

We are facing multiple issues with SEB Windows 3.9.0 related to quit shortcuts and taskbar behavior.

1. According to the documentation:
   • Ctrl + Q works as the quit shortcut in Windows 10
   • Ctrl + W works as the quit shortcut in Windows 11

But in our setup, both shortcuts are not working reliably. Sometimes they work, but most of the time nothing happens and SEB does not quit. This becomes a problem when we disable the SEB toolbar and use Chrome in kiosk mode through the "Applications" section, because there is no visible Quit button and the shortcuts fail randomly.

2. We also want to know if it is possible to move the SEB taskbar from the bottom to the top. We did not find any option to configure the toolbar position in the Windows version.

3. Since we are launching Chrome in kiosk mode from the Applications tag, SEB does not provide any way to quit when the toolbar is hidden and the shortcuts fail.

Is this a known issue with SEB 3.9.0, and is there any workaround to:

• Make the quit shortcuts (Ctrl+Q / Ctrl+W) work consistently?
• Change or customize the quit shortcut?
• Move the SEB toolbar to the top?
