ytt 0.45.0 packaged for winget

Dear Windows-based users of ytt,

I've submitted winget manifest which has been accepted:

C:\> winget search ytt

-------------------------------
ytt  Carvel.ytt 0.45.0  winget

So, it is possible to install ytt with winget install Carvel.ytt command.
