Idea: Convert Subroutine to Sub-Procedure in Fixed Format

Would it be possible to have a Convert Subroutine to Sub-Procedure? I think this works in **free but not if it's not **free or even Fixed Format. Would be nice to be able to convert a Sub-Procedure.
