Bitwarden bundles passwords and TOTP codes so I don't think Bitwarden import would be that viable

What about Twilio Authy?

I don't know how viable that is. Until recently, there was but one way to extract secrets from your Authy account, and that was to install an old desktop version with a debug port, open the debug port using command prompt, access that debug port in a Chromium browser, and use a script in the Inspect Element console to extract them. Then manually copy the secrets or scan each individual QR code produced in output.

With the shutdown of Authy Desktop, they killswitched it from the server end AND the client end, so that all attempted logins from desktop are rejected, all installations are killed, and all desktops are removed from people's accounts. I doubt user agent spoofing would be able to get around this.

I don't think there is a way anymore.
