[FR] Add Ombi to the Stack

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sonarr and Radarr are great, but requires thier own local logins and it's not an easy endpoint to access for "end-users"

Describe the solution you'd like

Ombi unifies them both and allows multiple users to request movies and shows by logging in using their Plex credentials, get updates on when their requested content is avaiible, and see things that have already been requested.

I only have experience with Ombi in my own "non k8 stack"
