This is probably a leftover from #13679.

After deleting a customer without making any further changes on the page, the button "Save changes" is activated.

Expected Behavior

As long as no other changes are made on the page, the button should remain inactive after deleting a customer.

Actual Behaviour

After deleting a customer without making any further changes on the page, the button "Save changes" is activated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to admin/customers.
2. Select your hub.
3. Delete a customer.
4. Observe that the button activates.
